Please note no matter what circumstance any appointment cancelations must be made 24 hrs prior to your scheduled appointment. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. There is a 20% deposit required for all appointments. If you cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hrs in advance you will receive a store credit to use at a later date. If you do not cancel within 24 hrs or do not show up to your appointment no credit will be issued. Please note a cancelation fee of 50% of your service may be billed if you do not give 24 hr notice of cancelation. Please be mindful of our time and note it is your responsibility to communicate to us if you can not make it to your appointment prior to appointment time. If you do not feel comfortable paying a deposit please feel free to come in as a walk-in. Please note all walk-in clients may be subject to long wait times during busy season.
