During this time of the COVID-19 pandemic, our studio hours are BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. With that in mind please note that we may just be coming in for your appointment so please be mindful and adhere to the following cancelation policies. Any appointment cancelations must be made 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as we are operating at 50% of availability and by appointment only for adequate sanitation and safety of our clients. If you cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hrs in advance you will receive a store credit to use at a later date. If you do not cancel within 24 hrs or do not show up to your appointment no credit will be given. Please be mindful of our time and communicate to us if you can not make it to your appointment so we can make sure you get your credit to use at another time. If you have a spray tanning package and do not cancel a minimum of 24 hrs prior or do not show up to your appointment you will forfeit a session on your package. We ask that all appointments be paid in advance electronically through Vagaro our online booking site at the time of booking. Please note all sales are final but you may be eligible for store credit only if your service is canceled a minimum of 24hrs in advance.
